To create an online experience for the Ormond publication, The Ormond Beach Observer. The website they had prior to the Zap Avenue revamp was not allowing the content writers ease-of-use nor was the design creating a road for multiple page views from readers.
Working to organize concise categories and allow the front page to display multiple stories without redundancies. Making sure to plan each page to allow Facebook comment integration and allow readers to easily navigate the website through article after article.
The goal of the new website is to increase readership. The big goal would be for the Ormond Beach Observer to meet and/or exceed it’s sister’s paper, The Palm Coast Observer’s current readership.
